"Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel, and his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts: I am the First and I am the Last; Besides Me there is no God." - Isaiah 44:6. The title "Cantexist" is a play off of the "coexist" stickers that are so popular. The song aims to make the point that there is ONE God, and ONE way to Him. If you worship any other God than the one true, living God, you have a false god. And a false god can not save you. The true God stands alone.

You only wish it was that easy
I worship here, you worship there
Thinking that we'll all be spared
But the problem is there's only one
The only access through His Son

But a god who isn't there can't save you

God is known, but the foolish hearts of men won't listen

That I am wrong in the way I see?"
Well, the problem is, when all's compared
